E-Motor Nations Shipping Policy (Canada & United States)
This Shipping Policy explains how E-Motor Nations processes and ships orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Order Processing Time (Preparation): Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier.
Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on factors such as destination, package weight, and dimensions. Any available shipping options and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Transit Times (After Shipment): Typical delivery times after your order ships are 2–7 business days within Canada and 4–7 business days within the United States. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, weather events, peak seasons, remote locations, and other factors outside our control. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.
Carrier & Delivery Responsibility: The carrier and service level may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided directly by carriers. Once the package is in the carrier’s custody, E-Motor Nations is not responsible for carrier delays. E-Motor Nations reserves the right to change the carrier selected at checkout, without prior notice. The carrier may be adjusted to ensure the best shipping option based on product characteristics, delivery timelines, destination, and shipping origin. When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
U.S. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges upon delivery. Because customs rules and enforcement can change, E-Motor Nations cannot guarantee whether fees will apply or estimate the amount. The customer is solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or other import-related charges assessed by U.S. customs authorities or the carrier. E-Motor Nations assumes no responsibility or liability for these costs.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit number and any necessary access details). E-Motor Nations is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Delays, Lost Packages & Damaged Deliveries: E-Motor Nations is not responsible for delays that occur after the order has shipped. If tracking indicates a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members/building management and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and the item so we can help resolve the issue.
